Stage of the product
TheVireal is in development. The Website is for information, waitlist registration and enquiries only. It does not offer a product or subscription for purchase. Descriptions, concept previews and illustrations on the Website show our intended direction, are not real events or schedules, and do not represent confirmed partnerships, broadcasting rights, features, devices or launch dates. These may change or may not be delivered.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, submitting unlawful or misleading content, or scraping it in a way that burdens our systems.
Intellectual property
The Website, including its text, design, graphics and the TheVireal name and marks, belongs to The ViReal Inc or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. Third-party names and trademarks, including Meta and Meta Quest, belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only, without affiliation or endorsement.

Information you send through the Website is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Feedback and ideas you share may be used by us without obligation to you. Submitting an enquiry does not create a partnership or any commitment on either side.

To that extent, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Website or reliance on its content.
